Loxo Reklusa was born in Chernarus, but grew up in Montana, in the United States. Raised by his grandfather, a professor of World History there. Loxo's grandfather immigrated to the U.S. from Russia to teach World History to his U.S. students. Loxo's parents sent him there, when he was young, to be educated in western ways. They felt that way he would be taught both ways of different cultures. They did not want Loxo to not know where his roots are.
   His grandfather was what you would call a prepper, survivalist. He believed history repeats itself, and you must be prepared. Loxo's grandfather taught him survival skills. He taught him how to survive with barely any supplies at all. He can fabricate, clothing, weapons, forage for food, hunt, trap and skin animals. Also taught in the use of multiple firearms, since in the U.S. he had access to all kinds of firearms. His grandfather would often speak about when the world starts to collapse, that he needs to be careful of whom he could trust. "People are going to change, Loxo" he would say. "Those that you thought were your friends will turn on you to survive, some may even turn to canniblism".
   Loxo's parents live in Chernarus, they were taken by the military during the release of the Agent 88. Loxo's mother had a science degree in biology and she was involved in the attempt to create an antidote for the Agent 88, ordered by Putin. Loxo has not heard from her. His father was a hostage used to keep his mother working. Threatened daily if his wife did not find a way to create the antidote of the Agent 88. She was told that they would kill her husband if she did not perform her duties. They were relieved that Loxo was far away to not be a part of this. Loxo's father managed to get a letter out to Loxo and informed him of their sitiuation. And that they are at the Biological Research Facility (B.R.F.). That contributes to Loxo's hatred of any military personel as it reminds him of what his parents endure. He has not recieved any word since. Loxo traveled back to Chernarus to find his parents. It was a long trek as the borders were closed, but thanks to his grandfathers training he made entry. He hopes for the best, but knows the worst.
   Loxo tends to stay away from people, as his grandfather told him, that this world will turn people into something they are not. He stays in the mountains, and forests, away from it all. When he does have to come in to a town for supplies he stays away from the center, stays to outskirts of the town, to avoid any contact. And when contact cannot be avoided, he maintains that he wants to stay alone and that he prefers it that way. Less responsibility. Loxo has considered joining a group of survivors but is very unsure how it will play out. His goal is to find his parents and to help other people not get infected and to not get infected himself in the process. Loxo has had some success in treating wounds and supplying saling and blood bags. Medical supply storage facilities are especially interesting to Loxo. His grandfather honed Loxo's skills of infiltrating, shooting, hiding, stealth tactics, improvised weapons and hand to hand combat. Loxo is ready to take on this new world with boots running.
